ME_NAME Managed Entity name Name of the Managed Entity as it appears on the ME screen. This name could be different from the handler name because there are no built-in constraints in the ME form, unlike the handler form, to prevent updates. It must be remembered that the ME record is shared by the entire Department staff. Additionally, when a change of status form is received requesting a name change, only the handler name or submitted name is changed. The ME name is left unchanged.

The MGRS provides a means to represent any location on the surface of the Earth using an alphanumeric string. A variety of methods were used for collecting location information for records 
in this dataset. See the field METHOD for location determination method. This 
dataset is currently part of a program to clean up locational data. Some locations 
may change during business hours due to SWAP applications.

as property parcel boundaries.

This dataset was downloaded by the GeoPlan Center on 7/8/2019 from the FDEP website (http://geodata.dep.state.fl.us/). The data was received as a geodatabase and was in the following projection: NAD_1983_HARN_Florida_GDL_Albers. This dataset is updated daily. Contact the FDEP for the most recent data. Prior to 10/16/2017 this layer was considered sensitive for ETDM purposes. - Exported to shapefile - Added the field DESCRIPT based on ME_NAME. - Added fields LAT_DD, LONG_DD, MGRS, and GOOGLEMAP. LAT_DD and LONG_DD were calculated using the calculate geometry command and selecting decimal degrees as the units. MGRS was calculated using the Convert Coordinate Notation tool and selecting Output coordinate Format as MGRS. The GOOGLEMAP field was calculated by concatenating: "https://www.google.com/maps/place/" & [MGRS]. - Added the field FGDLAQDATE based on date downloaded from source. - Upcased all text in the attribute table except for DOCUMENTS field. - Data set was renamed chaz_jul19 from Chaz_PUB_SP Process Date: 20190708
