The GDB layer was exported to shapefile.
The dataset's projection was redefined to FGDL Albers.
The dataset's fields were upcased and two new fields were added.
DESCRIPT - based on AREA_NAME.
FGDLAQDATE - based on the data the data was downloaded from the source.
The dataset had two techniques applied to it, so that the older polygons could
function more affectively in our SDE system, so the Topology was updated by
running the Integrate Command at an XY Tolerance of 0.5 meter.
Next the ACREAGE field was decreased to a scale of 3 and recalculated.
